THURSDAY 

2:00 pm-5:00 pm           The Hospitality Room is open for drinks and snacks.  Room H106 (next to the Jacuzzi)

 6:00 pm-8:00 pm           Dinner at Marilyn's Cafe in the Tuscany Hotel.  Order from the menu, this is not included in the package price.  Weekend registration will be available in the Café during dinner.

 8:00 pm-11:00 pm         Downtown Pub Crawl Transportation will be provided. We will leave the hotel at 8:00 pm and return at 11:00 pm.  We will take in Strip or Fremont Street casinos as time permits.

 11:00 pm - ?                 Drinks & Dancing -For those who want to start partying early.  Join us for drinks and dancing at the Piazza Lounge in the Tuscany Hotel.  Cash Bar.

FRIDAY

10:00 am-6:30 pm         The Hospitality Suite is open for drinks and snacks.  Room H106                                   

9:00 am–12:00pm          Photo Scavenger Hunt - Take in the Las Vegas Strip as you look for photo opportunities based on clues provided.  We will break into teams.  Meet in the hotel lobby.  Sign up in registration. Comfortable shoes suggested.                               

2:30 pm-5:00 pm            Big Pete Elvis at Bill’s Gambling Hall, voted the best value show on the Strip.  This is a family friendly tribute to Elvis show.  Meet in the hotel lobby at 2:30. Sign up at registration as we need a count by Friday morning.

12:00 pm-6:00 pm          Registration will be open in Room H108 next to the Hospitality Suite  

2:00 pm-4:00 pm            Poker Tournament - $30 buy-in Texas Hold’em Tournament. Tuscany Poker Room.  Novices welcome.

4:30 pm–6:30 pm           Rocky’s Home Grown Drink Party in the Hospitality Room, H106.  We’ll be serving our drink specials!

8:00 pm-12:00 am         The Erotic Nightmare Begins -  Dress up in your costume for our themed dance party.  Prizes for best costumes.  Located in Florentine Room E (take escalators in casino to second floor).  Cash bar.

12:00 am-???                After Hours Party in Hospitality Suite Room H106, Jacuzzi open all night.

SATURDAY

7:00 am–11:00 am          Breakfast - You will be given a $12 voucher which entitles you to eat breakfast anytime between 7 am and 11 am at Marilyn’s Cafe in the Tuscany Hotel. We will be served in a separate room of the cafe. The voucher will cover the cost of most breakfasts including tax and gratuity. Tax and gratuity will be automatically added to your check.  No cash or change will be given for unused amounts.

10:30 am-5:30 pm         The hospitality suite is open for snacks and drinks throughout the day.  

7:30 am–1:00 pm          Golfing at Desert Pines Golf Course.  Meet in the hotel lobby at 7:00 am. Transportation will be provided. $60.00 per person includes cart.  Prizes for winners. Sign up in registration.

9:00 am–2:00 pm          Letter Boxing – We’ve introduced you to geocaching, now let us introduce you to a new type of treasure hunting without a GPS. Go to letterboxing.org for more information.  Please meet at Hotel Lobby.

9:30 am-12:00pm          Neon Boneyard Tour – We will take you to a place that shows you a small part of Las Vegas history. You will get an opportunity to see approximately 150 vintage neon signs and learn about the significance of them in the growth of Las Vegas.  This tour is outside so plan accordingly.  Cost - $15 per person.  Meet in the hotel lobby at 9:30 am.

12:00 pm-2:00 pm         Lunch with a Member – Join one of our Las Vegas members for lunch at a local restaurant. Price depends on location.  Sign up at registration as space is limited.  Meet in the hospitality suite.

2:30 pm–5:30 pm          Water Volleyball – This is for fun!  Games will be held in the Tuscany lap pool. Teams will be drawn at game time.     

7:00 pm-7:30 pm           Cocktails – Florentine E Room (take escalators in casino to second floor).   ,

                                    Semi-Formal, Cash Bar, Club photos will be taken. 

7:30 pm-12:00 am         Rocky’s Birthday Dinner – Semi-Formal buffet dinner in Florentine E Room.  Cash bar.  Awards will be given and raffle tickets sold for baskets during dinner.

11:00 pm - ???              After Hours Party in Hospitality Suite. Room H106, Jacuzzi open all night.

SUNDAY

8:30 am – 10:00am       Buffet Breakfast, Tuscany Room. Hot Food served till 10:00 and Juice and water in room till 2:00pm  (take escalators in casino to second floor).  Please deposit your name badge in our recycling bin if you do not wish to keep it.

11:00 am - ??                Hiking 101 – For those staying on, our own hiking expert Debbie Prince will take you on a beautiful hike.  No experience necessary, this will be an easy hike and an opportunity to see some more of Las Vegas. Meet in the hotel lobby.
